For example, its principles have been involved in several real estate due diligence studies to include environmental work (Phase 1&2 ESA and NEPA), historical consultations for projects such as Riverside National Cemetery, Knoxville VA Medical Center, as well as Butler VA medical Center. Ganiam has supported commissioning, construction and construction management work in Dallas, Washington Crossing, and Nairobi Kenya.
